Abstract

Based on empirical evidence on multiple client environments, agile42 have been able to observe that there is a very strong relationship between Leadership behavior, Organizational design and Organizational culture. The purpose of this meetup is to provide a clear model and baseline for conversation between a leader and his/her followers. ORGANIC agility®️ promotes a holistic approach to leadership in which organizational structure and organizational culture are an integral part of leadership behaviors because the three dimensions are interconnected to one another.

Matteo is passionate about Complexity Science and human system dynamics. During his career he has worked in a wide range of fields: from code development to user experience, product and business development, digital transformation and HR. He has coached teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Executives and C-level Leaders in different business contexts such as IT, advertising, banking and TELCO. Conference speaker, he loves Japan, cyberpunk photography working with people and he strongly believe in kaizen, incremental and iterative approaches and in embracing culture changes over process standardization.
