Heraclitus, a Greek philosopher, is quoted as saying "change is the only constant in life." I think he is right, especially considering our work environment.
Org structure will change whether you like it or not. People will come and go. Your company might double in size or even be acquired.
In such events, leaders should know how to catalyze team change to reduce the risk of attrition, learning and career stagnation, and the development of knowledge silos.
In this talk, I want to share bits of theory (which you can deep-dive into by yourself later) and examples of my attempts to apply this to practice.
