日本語を話す唯一のプロフェッショナル スクラム トレーナー になったばかりの Fontaine Gregory は、Scrum.orgが今後どのようにして日本のコミュニティに貢献できるかと彼の今までのPSTとしてのジャーニーについて話していきます。

Scrum.org was founded in 2009 by Scrum co-creator Ken Schwaber as a mission-based organization focused on “helping people and teams solve complex problems”.

Among other things, Scrum.org offers: ① A massive amount of resources for free on their website ② Globally recognized certifications for Developers, Scrum Masters, Products Owners, Leaders and others ③ Scrum and Agile-related trainings via its community of 350 Professional Scrum Trainers (PST)

Gregory Fontaine, who just became last week the first Japanese-speaking Professional Scrum Trainer, will share a little bit about Scrum.org, what he thinks Scrum.org has to offer to the community in Japan, as well as some thoughts on his journey to become a PST.
